The Riverside Industrial Park was a joint project between the Town of Farmville and the County of Cumberland. The Riverside Industrial Park was established in the spring of 1995 and is located on Plank Road in Cumberland County. Today, the Riverside Industrial Park is host to on-site businesses including Gemini Incorporated, and a Green Front Furniture Company warehouse. Gemini Incorporated is a sign manufacturing company that is fast growing and houses 30 positions. Green Front Furniture Company is a local business in Farmville that is widely known for its home furnishings. The Green Front Furniture Company warehouse located in Riverside Industrial Park employs approximately 5 persons.
